I had a 100% positive feedback and this very rude lady gave me a negative feedback against the rules. I wrote an email to listia and am still awaiting a response. But the worst part is now I lost my trusted seller badge.

Exactly, i agree with u, so whats ur next step? just wait, i think i would try again to write to listia & rexpain so u can get ur trust badge back,its not as if u have a history of bad stuff. u know sometimes u have to fight /write to stand up for what u believe in thats believing in you.
