one size fits most
the feathers are a beautiful blue with black exactly as seen in the picture....the picture is from the ad where i originally purchased it and looks exactly the same...i have worn it out a couple of times and have lost one feather which is not noticeable....i tried to figure out where to put it back but was unable to find where it came out from....a great piece to accessorize any outfit when you want to turn heads!
a fun piece for a fun person!

It says one size fits most....I am an xs -s but it could easily fit up to a L or even possibly XL since it just sits on your shoulders
