I have a shoestring budget. Literally. I am doing all the planning myself. My fiances mother told me she would pay for wedding and its 9 weeks away. I am doing it all myself. Nothing has been taken care of, I had repeatedly asked her, i just found a dress finally and worked out something with the owner so I can do half cash and half items from my jewelery business. I made all my own centerpieces and items for the reception, and I worked back and forth with craigslist and freecycle to get what I needed for the reception. I am still missing decor items and have been bidding on wedding items for the last few weeks
