Recently I have have had people wanting to return or exchange bracelets because the don’t fit them, Please be aware you have to compensate for the beads on the bracelet
So if your wrist is 6.5 you need to get a 6.75 or 7, if 7 you need to get a 7.25 or 7.5, and if it is a 7.5 you need a 7.75 or 8

Now I have to address another issue
Lately a few people have won an item then want a refund after I already shipped it
My policy is now, no buyer regrets, you won it you got it, no refunds
