hello , I was thinking about bidding on this auction but wanted a little more info first. in your listing it said it has never been used but in the pic it looks like one side of the head phones are scuffed up or scratch or is that just the way the light is reflecting off of it ? also does it have a volume control ? do you know how the sound on these is does it have good bass ?

There are no scuff marks which isn't possible since they have never been used.
