About the movie:

Again......Why on everey auction I list like this is there a member that proves they clearly don't read auction details?
Yes, of course it's not a real image of the actual dvd, how do you suppose I get one when the movie hasn't been released out yet?
Why do you think the title states it will bought on release date followed by the first title of the description which states it will be bought for the winner when it comes out onto dvd/blu-ray? It's called a pre-order of the movie for the winner. The auction is set up to end the day it comes out into stores so I can purcahse it for the winner.
You've been a member here long enough you should be actually reading the descriptions of auctions, then you'd know not to post stuff like this on members auctions that are a legit member not here to scam people.

HI Krystal, I had bid on a Auction from a seller from Canada and won it was 3d glasses it took almost a month to get my item and it did go to custom they open the package cause when I got the item it had the labels from custom that it got open. So can you tell me how long will it take If I win to get this. I wasn't really happy that it took so long but the 3d glasses were great. F&W

Really, first one I've ever heard say that they opened it. Wondering if that's maybe because the member that shipped them didn't specify exactly what was inside the package leaving customs curious or maybe that the package seemed oddly shapped for what was stated on the customs decloration to be in it so they wanted to make sure. I know nothing I've ever shipped or recieved from the US was opended so that's new to me.
As for shipping, it varies depending upon how far the seller is away from the US border and how far into the US it's traveling and if it has any kinda tracking on it because if it doesn't have any tracking and is just shipping regular ground mail it tends to take longer as there is no rush on it and they are the ones they consider not as priorty so if they get a larger shippment they tend to take the ones without tracking and stick them in a storage facility for a day or so til they've caught up on shipments, then will pull those ones out and put back in transit.
On average when I mail dvds/blu-rays out with tracking they arrive within' 6-10 days, some have arrived as early as 4 days. When I check the tracking it states it's to arrive within' 4-10 business days. So if the buyer isn't too far into the US it won't take long for it to arrive but if they are in an area like Texas or beyond it does tend to take alittle longer.
A month though is longer then it takes for me as usuallly by day 12 on a no rush order that dosn't have tracking everythings being confirmed recieved by US buyers. However, the further members have waited til about day 18 of shipping, then they confirm it's arrival, not many of those time frames though. But again, this will have tracking and could be as little as 4 days or upto 10. Hope that helps, think I rambled on there..haha Goodluck if you decide to bid.

Great auction!! I have all of the DVD's, except for BD #2.. my daughter and I are going to W/M before 11 pm on the 1st of March.. they will be having a 'party' as per say before the movie is to be released... then at/around midnight, the movies will be available to be bought from them... *We were told by a worker it will be better if we arrived around 10:30pm cuz they will be really busy, and it's 1st come, 1st served to the DVD's, etc... they will be giving away prizes, etc...*

I would LOVE to bid on this I just have ONE concern. Since it is coming from Canada, would it have to go through customs since it is crossing boarders? I've never had anything shipped from Canada before so please forgive me for my lack of knowledge on this subject LOL!

I do believe everything that ships from one country/state to another does go through a customs check-point as that's why we need to fill out customs decloration forms. I don't see though where it shows in the tracking process that it does stop and sit in customs though. When I check the tracking process of items I ship out to members in the United States it just says that it was accepted at my post office, then later that evening it says it being processed through a sorting facility in Mississauga, the next day it says international item has left Canada then it updates to say the item has arrived in a forein country; then stops at the post office of where it's going to the actual member and then updates from there to say it's out for delivery and then confirms it's been accepted. So nowhere does it actually tell me that it's in customs. I think the only things that really get flagged to sit longer in customs are ones that are packaged irregularily or just look odd to them. I know none of the things I've ever shipped have been opened so there is no problems. This will have tracking so it will arrive at destination.

I havn't seen anywhere on the website that I go to purchase from where there will be a part 1 and part 2 combo pack so not sure if one would be available where I'm going. I guess that would be considered if I knew for fact it would be avialble to me and the value it would be costing but if the credits were there I'd be considerate of it but again I havn't seen anything saying it will be available for purchase on the release date.

I know all members that ship dvds to me from the US go with first class, they provide me with the postal confirmation number that is under the barcode of the customs decloration you fill out as actual tracking is too costly. I believe every padded envelope that arrives here has postage on it for $3.45 even though I've seen it as cheap as $2.95 on some that don't ship with the padded envelopes.

Me too! I remember the day it hit our theatre, there was a huge line up outside the building waiting to get tickets to see it. By the time the line was halfway through, everyone was leaving as tickets were sold out for that night. Had to go back a day later to see it and again, sold out. I really wished I bought online tickets. We went about a week after it had been in theatre and even that night was a full room..lol it sure was a big hit here in our theatres. There's alot of Twillight fans, I'm upset that they've wrapped it up but that's the way it goes.
