Here i have a 1990 barbie doll. It has been opened. The top has been taped back and the barbie has tape on her. She still looks new. Still a great collectible. No she's not broke I'm not sure why there's tape on her

She's taped because she's been removed from the box. If you look at pictures of her on the internet NRFB you'll see that Jazzie is facing the wrong way
