Can't do GINs, yet and no, I cannot do free shipping. I'm on a tight budget while in school. I'll do the lowest cost shipping possible as long as it includes tracking.

$13.35 is just to much for shipping. I think that you should be able to mail them for around $6.

Maybe it is too much for you; think about that before you bid. Flat rate shipping is just that - flat rate. I do my best to work with bidders on shipping options versus expense, but I always state the highest *possible* rate. These may fit in an airmail bag for a cheaper rate, if you live in certain parts of the US, but in other parts the weight will simply be too much to ship outside of a flat rate box. Your comment was not necessary, productive, nor was your input (as to what the shipping charges should be) asked for. Thanks for looking, though.
