Only thing missing is the pen for it, which them don't cost that much for
No scratches on the screen it always has had and still has screen protectors on it.
As you can see in the pictures it does work
My husband bout me a DSi and this just has been sitting around and not touched so time I give it up to someone else to play with.

Noting is wrong with it from what I remember, I was just playing with it a month ago and it did work fine for me,asi said from what I seen noting was wrong with it
