I got this from another trading website... The girl that sent it to me claimed that it is but I have no prof, etc so for now all I know for sure is that it is 14K stamped yellow gold.
I think she was telling the truth but I don't want to give any wrong information to anyone.

Ok, I just went over to see my neighbor and get some more information on the ring.
She says that it is a real diamond and an older ring, so of some value:-)
The stamp inside the ring reads 14K P.
P stands for "Plumb" which is an old fashioned term that means that the fineness or purity level of the gold content is precisely what is stamped on the item.
So, by being 14K P the ring is precisely 58.3% pure gold (14 parts out of 24).
The ring is also a size 7.
