This is a new in original retail box and cellophane wrapped and sealed Windows 7 Home Upgrade Premium.

Features:
* Contains both 32 and 64 bit install DVDs.
* Can be installed over Vista or XP but XP needs to be done as a clean install, which I think means you need to reinstall your applications. whereas with Vista you don't need to reinstall apps.

Win 7 is really great and fast, compare to Vista and XP, it depends upon your tastes :), there are people who are still addicted to some previous versions. Anyway, great auction, I am watching.

Is this DVD unused? I mean in case Key is previously used, its possible that Key will not work on new PC.

It's brand new. It's sealed in the original retail box. Never installed. I bought it for my father who does not need it after all at the moment. So I'm selling it.
