New in box, never used. I took it out to take pictures of it & from the pictures you can see the outside of the box has some taken off (my nephew who's 16 months thought it'd be cute to put some tape on it while I was packaging up some Listia items and when I went to take it off, this happened) BUT what does the box have to do with the product? Nothing. So still a great item :))
