beautiful top - do I see elastic under the bustline?

No elastic but it does tie where the black is and you can pull it lose or tighter.
The pictures really don't do it justice it was my favorite shirt it really is beautiful.
Who ever gets this one will love it, oh and I never dry my shirts so none of my clothes have ever been in the dryer.
