FREE: Antique Railroad lock with working slide

First off I would like to say thank you for stopping by my auction.

I have for auction today an antique "Railroad" lock. The lock itself has absolutely no identifying names,numbers, or markings, but seems to be in working order and also has a functioning slide for the key. (which isn't always the case)

The lock DOES NOT have a key and it is currently locked shut. Skeleton keys are out their and available for the lock however I do not have one.

The lock is made of solid brass and is heavy. You will notice I provided approximate measurements in the pictures and they are in inches.

With all my antiquities I have them looked over by our two local antique shop owners and have them authenticated to assure I have the real McCoy, as I'm no expert ( although I'm darn good :)).
