Questions & Comments
FYI this is not one from 1982 this is a remake of one from 1982. You might want to clear that up in the desription so there is no misleading anyone.
Oh ok thanks for clearing that up. When I looked it up on google, I found that its value is worth $20.00 I believe that is correct, if not please let me know. Thanks
HotWheels releases a line called The Hot Ones. They are remakes of what the believe were their best selling models or popular models (I think that is what they base Hot Ones on). Anyhow, they package them under the Hot Ones label and that is how you know they are remakes. If it was original 1982 you would not see hot one on the package.
T hat is what I said the hot ones are remakes, read again before you state someone is wrong, I have been in hotwheels I am sure way longer than you have been alive
MARKGRUMBELL~ you need to do your research before you comment on someones listing. That car is indeed a real Hot Ones from 1982-83! First off if this was a remake car which it's not because they have not done the Corvette Stingray in the remakes, it would not read Mattel Inc 1982 on the back. all the remake cards have the 2010-11-12 Rights Reserved on the back and the backs of the cards are colored like the fronts! Plus the card design with the two cars and the "Metal Flake Paint" logo across the front are only on the originals. All the new cards have ( 3+ ) in the top right corner to show the advised age requirement for the toy. Oh and the original say HOT ONES right on front of the packages! Just like this one!
