This Tutu Is hand made by me. This will fit an Infant-6 Months old maybe older depending on waist size.(This does stretch)
Hot Pink waist Band With an Adorable Pink Flower with a Touch of Glitter;
Skirt is a Bright Green with a hint of Purple & Pink Strips Added.
This material is not factory cut and is not stiff material like some pre-cut factory or store bought tutu's.
I do have a face book site if anyone is interested in A Custom Made Tutu.I have Lots of colors to choose from.Some are already made for purchase.
