i believe lab created. it is a prettier, sparklier color than topaz. i got it cuz it is my birthstone n i liked it better than the "real" topaz next to it!

i think created. i worked at a hospital and sold great jewelry at these sales.. regardless, it is very shiny and very pretty. i would say it is even more of a citrine. but the guy said it was topaz and it was in the "november" section when i bought it. cool tho.. jewelry sale at the hospital??!!
