I have no idea. It's not real gold. It is pretty solid, though... I'll see what I can find out about it...

I wanted to let everyone know what I was able to find out, even though it wasn't much...
I am still not sure of the metal. It is most certainly gold tone. I do not believe it to be plated, but I have seen similar pins that are listed as such.
It is a "Disney collectible" as best as I can tell from my research. Possibly from an anniversary collection.
Most of the pins I found that were of the same style and tone (but not actual design) were hollow backed, mechanical brooches. This particular pin (of which I was only able to find ONE of that was a complete match) is solid tack pin with "Spring Loaded Clutch Back with Dome Top"

I'm not exaggerating when I tell you I've spend about the last 3hrs looking through over 150 pages of Disney/Pooh & Friends/Winnie the Pooh pins & collectibles trying to find this pin in order to give you all exact details. I saw several brooch style pins of Tigger in a tree, Tigger w/ a present, Tigger pouncing on Pooh, but, I repeat, I only saw ONE Tigger pin that was a match to this one. Unfortunately, their full description was, "Disney Bouncing Tigger Tie Tac Jewelry Pin"
Peoples' descriptions on the other pins included terms such as "Vintage" & "Exclusive", but with out a Disney authority telling me that, or the original packaging (which I don't have) I won't say it's either of those things with any guarantee.
What I can say is that it is a sturdy, genuine ("signed") Disney tack pin of Tigger w/ a very secure backing. He is 3cm tall and weighs approximately 7g. And he's adorable. ^_^
I'm am sorry that I do not have verifiable information for you all, but I did my best and hope that this does help answer some questions you may have had.

Some of the older shows used to scare me a little. Remember the one where everything gets all trippy and the honey pots and elephants start warping around the screen? Still, some of the best kids books and shows ever! How could you not love Pooh, and Roo, Rabbit, Piglet, Tigger and all the rest!
