Is this the software that goes with the comp hardware that hooks up to the cars comp? Or is this just a sim?

It is diagnostic software. You use it to spec out new engines, building your own custom engines, and you can enter diff combos of cams,heads,injection and exaust configs. It has many options for onboard computer diagnostics and tuner changes.

This cost over $300.00 when I got it I have the new Ver.5 now which was almost $500.00
