The listing, Samsung Propel Cellphone~Not Locked~ATT has ended.

In excellent condition. Does not have wall charger. (Those are very easy to find. There are no major scratches or marks. This phone is not locked, it simply needs an ATT sim card. It was passed off to me by an In law, but I do not go through ATT. It has a 1.3 mega pixel camera, a QWERTY keyboard, and a slot for micro SD memory. It has had zero water damage, as seen by the white indicator sticker in the battery compartment. (Tip: if that sticker is pink then it has water damage) It is an older model phone, but perfect for a young child as their first "texting" style phone. Why spend big bucks on something that may get abused but an inexperienced child.

unlocked phones also mean that they can use any simm card if it uses one

That is "flashed." If they are flashed the can use any Sim. :)

Flash is for Non Simm Cell Phones. Unlocked is for SIMM Cell Phones.

Flash reprograms a Cell Phone to accept a Different Carrier while Unlocking a SIMM using phone allows one to use any SIMM cards cause you unlock it's set Carrier.

Hmmm, I've heard "flash" for the cards before. Well, it's always good to learn. The phone I have now is the first I've owned with a card. I've always done contracts. I'm not in the habit of switching my phone a million times month or buying phones not from my carrier, just to go through the hassle of flashing/unlocking. Lmao.

Let's just say the phone has not been messed around with. It is from and for AT&T. It was never bought second hand. I wouldn't even how to screw around with a phones default settings, and obviously I don't know the difference. Heck, I don't even think I have it in me to get on a phone and ask a service representative for the instructions on how to gank one of their phones over to another carrier.

It needs simm card to check that. I think in the picture you can see that I can only get to a screen that asks for the simm. You should be able to find the specs online and whether is wifi capable.
