Technically this could be dropped into an envelope and mailed to someone so the shipping could be the cost of a stamp. However the chances of it getting broke going through the USPS mailing system is high in just an envelope. I'd guess the shipping at or around $5.00, if he uses a padded envelop. 5 bucks for a game that sells for around $20 on eBay. Give the guy a break :)
