The crocheted hat is for a child, not a teen because they seem to only come in adult size. However, if you are giving this for Easter and your child is handicapped (I hate that word, I've heard it used on myself for my physical limitations for years,I use differently enabled) and young at heart even though they have an adult sized head I will gladly make a bigger one for her for free. You'll just have to figure out how many more rows she'll need for the hat to fit. The flower pins on. Included in this set is a 7 piece brush and hair decoration set, a 20 piece hair decoration set, a Barbie Color-n-Stick Activity set(15 page activity pad, 3 crayons, 1sticker sheet), a ten foot Barbie coloring roll with 3 crayons and a sticker sheet and a necklace and pierced earring set(if earrings are to grown up I can substitute a bracelet).
