I decorated a new, super-heavy cardboard pencil cup (or, fancily, "porte-crayons," in French!) with three different colors/styles of washi tape, a lightweight, flexible masking tape. This is a one-of-a-kind, made by hand item. I'm no artist but I love paper crafts. I have a couple of these in my office at work. People have liked them, so I thought, why not start making them to list and see if people will like them here.

The cup is 4.25" tall and 3" in diameter. It's brand new, purchased at one of my favorite stores ("Lots for Less"). Yes, it's cardboard, but it's very, very durable.

The tapes I used are a blue-ish purple with white dots, a yellow grid that has some translucence and lime green.
