this is a never filled John Lennon commemorative Jim Beam decanter. it is of exclusive design by Marita Spirits, LTD. this decanter is from the anniversary collection of Liverpool porcelain.

this is a beautiful bottle that the local KY Jim Beam plant received to fill. upon inspection they noticed a defect in the gold enamel and were recalled from the line. therefore there is no top as they were used with the replacement bottles.

there is a beautiful picture of John with 1940-1980 underneath centered on the jar with his songs around him. some of the songs listed include:

and many more this is a wonderful piece and you will be happy to have it for your collection

WOW, I have never seen this before, my mother used to collect Jim Beams from the 70's and 80's, in fact we still have the whole 1976 collection in our dinning room. Wonderful auction, I will be watching!
