I dropped it one day, and after that when it comes on it just shows a white screen with little black spots and green lines.

This is my first go around on here so i'm not to sharp on all the lingo yet. But since the auction isn't over yet i haven't sent it anywhere. I don't know how to answer this at the moment.

What they mean is wen you ship out the phone are you gonna provide a tracking number .. To check the status of the package that way they get covered n you do too cus some people like to keep stuff n still claim they didn't get anything . So that would help you know wen it's delivered to there hands
