Thank you for your comment...I have and will do more research but at this point I removed the SILVER wording.

However I did find this answer:
I just need to add one point. Be on the look out of the very rare 1976-s silver proof type 2 Ike dollar. This silver proof may or may not come with the ( S ) mint mark.

Nevertheless I am not here to mislead anyone!
