Is it compatible with windows 7

I have never used it. I got it probably 8 years ago brand new for $1. on sale, took the cellophane off it and decided not to use it. I says windows 3.1 or later. I know on some computers you can run older programs on. I have windows 7 also and just put a program on it that I got the same time I got this one and it's ok. That's about all I can tell you about it.
