Description

The listing, Baby Boy Clothes-MUST SEE!!! has ended.

I have a baby boy lot up for auction...This time the clothes will be in sizes Newborn to 3 months old. These great baby clothes are by brands like:
Faded Glory
Koala Baby
Circo
Carter's
Baby Gear

All are in very good used condition. I checked them all for any stains or holes and couldn't find any.
I'll be using a medium flat rate box for shipping cause there's no way even with my folding/stuffing skills that I can fit all these in a small flat rate box or envelope. Also if anyone knows of a cheaper way to ship than a flat rate box, please be my guest and tell me cause I would love to save you money on shipping fee, I know it's not cheap you guys, and I'm sorry that I'm unable to do free shipping, it's just not in my family's budget to do so at a time.
I'll might be adding a few more items to the list as the auction goes on, if I see people bidding and interested, if the auction will be a quiet one with only a few small bids then i'll leave it the way it is now. If I do add more items though, i'll keep it in the same age group, and additional items would be a variation from bibs to receiving blankets, socks, etc...who knows :)

If you have questions please ask.
Happy bidding...

Thank you for your sweet words. I guess I'm just too sensitive, and take it personally as stupid as it sounds cause I just think they were so cute on my baby heehee I that everyone would want them for their baby. Ugh I'm so damn emotional, I need to toughen up haha.

Send it out regular priority mail. they have envelopes in the post office for this. it should cost you around $6, or less especially if you pay online. You need a weight and dimensions of the package.

Yes I will be using priority flat rate, their prices are the cheapest by far than anything else they offer at USPS. Thanks though.

Brittanyhats is corrrect. The auction is for 8 items they may fit in a priority flat rate mailing evenlope. I know they will fit in the legal size one for sure. A medium priority flat rate box costs $12.85 unless you can do it online then it is cheaper. A medium PFR box will hold 20 to 30 items with efficient packing. So credits + $13 in shipping for 8 items = a box is going to be pretty empty.

Hello, and thank you for your comment/suggestion. If you read my description for this auction, it says that as the auction goes on if people are interested and bidding then I would start adding more items like more clothes, bibs, receiving blankets, pretty much everything baby related. If I start adding all those items how do you think I would fit them in a flat rate envelope or even a legal size envelope? Of course I wouldn't use a medium size flat rate box to only ship these 8 items and make you pay almost $12. I would never over charge someone for shipping, I do my best to save people money. So, you and everyone else who is reading this, as of right now the auction is for these 8 items only which i would ship probably in legal size flat rate envelope and would cost around $6 or a little less. If people start bidding higher and I start adding extras then I of course would need something bigger therefor shipping fee would be higher. Please understand that as much as I would love to give everything away for just a couple hundred credits with free shipping, I am trying to save credits so I can get my son something too. Everything is a never ending circle, to auction things off wanting to get the most credits for things, and then we want something so we try to bid low to not spend all those credits :)

I'm getting very discouraged that no one is bidding yet. I think these clothes are so cute, I really didn't think it was gonna be that long to get even the first bid :( *tear

It helps a lot if you put the exact amount of shipping they need to pay because there have been some people who really jacked it up! I don't think you'll get much cheaper for shipping because even with snail mail, it gets up there because of the weight. Maybe put shipping will go down $3 if the bid goes over so much? I won't bid on anything that doesn't give me the exact shipping amount in case, just an idea. Great auction by the way!

Thank you so much for your advice. See I appreciate it cause I'm new to listia and don't know yet how people operate on here so I appreciate any kind of feedback I can get. Thank you for that. So what I'll do tonight is see in which box I can fit everything the tightest and will put an exact price then. Since I am a stay at home mommy at the moment with my baby and we have only one income I can't afford to ship it free, even if I wanted to my husband would put a stop to it real quick so that's why I have to have the shipping paid, and I'm sorry for that you guys, cause I know it's so much better to see free shipping on an auction, and ill be honest I look for the same thing. Anyhow, I'll do what I can to get the lowest price and will put it on there, maybe you will even bid on it :) thanks again.

FYI: I have found that when packing small items or even larger items that are thinner - rather than folding them flat, fold them in half and then roll them up. You can fit quite a bit more into a box this way. Just some helpful information. Good Luck. I'm looking for 6-9-12 mo old cloths, so this auction isn't for me. But I'm going to fan you and watch your page!

Hi - Thank you for your explanation of your shipping charges.
It is these statements in your description (with grammeraterical corrections) that are misleading and completely differs from what you have now explained to me.

#1 - "I'll be using a medium flat rate box for shipping cause there's no way even with my folding/stuffing skills that I can fit all these in a small flat rate box or envelope."
#2 - "I'll (I) might be adding a few more items to the list as the auction goes on, if I see people bidding and interested, if the auction will be a quiet one with only a few small bids then i’ll (I’ll) leave it the way it is now."

So myself and others have interrupted that to mean you are going to charge $12 for 8 items because you can't fit them in a flat rate legal envelope. I hope you see my point.

So if the gin is used, how many more items would you put into the flat rate box? And would they be outfits, onsies or sleepers?
Feb 25th, 2013 at 6:20:40 PM PST by
Original
If GIN is used I would mix it up a bit, I would add some hats, probably more onesies, maybe an outfit or two, a pair of brand new shoes, I would double what I have listed now, just thinking still of what items, all my baby clothes are in perfect condition in this auction and the items I would add if GIN is used. So clothes would be in same age group up to 3 months, but if you needed I probably would be able to put some 3-6 months, you would just have to let me know.

Very nice auction! Don't get discouraged with people's comments, some can be very upsetting! You're supposed to have fun with this! If they have trouble with shipping, don't bid!! I understand about shipping! I try to do everything free but it get costly!! Good luck! Don't let em bother you!! FW&B!

Thank you so much for your nice words. I agree with you, this is supposed to be fun, if you think about it you're getting free stuff, and all you have to do is pay for shipping, some people are just not able to provide free shipping. Either way the things are free. I don't know, I may be wrong, it's just that sometimes some people make you feel guilty for not doing free shipping or scrutinize your every word by how description is written. Maybe I should lead by example and make my descriptions 5 words long instead of elaborating. Ugh. Thanks for listening me vent haha :)

how much to ship to 41655?
Feb 26th, 2013 at 8:38:08 PM PST by
Original
If its for these 8 items only then it would be $5.75
If in the next few days the bids get higher (meaning the credits) then I'm gonna add extra items to the auction which would change the shipping price cause I would go bigger onto the box so in that case shipping would be $11.30
It all depends on how people bid. Plus, if I end up adding more stuff and change to a box for shipping, I would try my best to lower the shipping fee as much as I could, or I should say as much as my husband will let me get away with haha. I know shipping is expensive you guys, so please believe me when I say I will really try to do my best, and if I can't then I would make up for it by adding a few more things to the box. For the short time that I've been on listia, people that have bought from me already know that most of the time I add extras just to add them to make people happy. I know you probably only wanted to know the price, sorry for rambling on :)
