Winner will receive this Rue 21 Black velvet large strapless dress. It is in great condition just looking for a new home. The top is stretchy as you can see from the picture of the back of the dress. There is sequins details on both of the sides around the waist area. I am 5'4 and it falls just above my knee when holding it up to me. I have never wore this dress it was giving to me by a friend. It is pretty but just to big for me. I will say though it would need a bigger chest to hold up the top. It is a juniors large.
