What I saw of it you pick out the areas that you want to work on. I tried it for the heck of it, and I am 64, and wished I would of had this program years ago. Getting to old now to stand on one leg. It gives you the workout you want.

my fiance' has this fitness game for the wii and it is helping her SO much. she has lost almost 10 lbs in one week by eating right and doing this every day for 30 mins. It keeps you going and motivates you to keep going. GREAT AUCTION AND WORTH EVERY CREDIT!!
