The listing, Pure 24k Gold Vintage WoW free shipping! has ended.

This gold and silver was used 75+ years ago by a painter and frame-maker, the artist died in WWII. I feel that much of this gold and silver is from the turn of the century, but I can only date it pre-1943.
This is a fresh cut from one of his gold books. as you can see my scissors did a poor job and cut it slanted both ways.
The luster from this vintage gold leaf is so great there's no words for it. Beautiful, breathtaking, fascinating these words don't do it justice. It gives of a radiance that modern leaf can not. Modern leaf is machine manufactured as where this gold leaf and gold leaf for thousands of years before it was pounded out by skilled gold-beaters, a process lost with today's modern industrialism. This particular piece "Was" marked Made in GERMANY, with an estimated 25+ sheets, you can see It's not very large, next to a zippo in the picture you can see the size.
you can use this in art work, wood work, metal body work Ideals are limitless, you could always layer something in gold(Gild), it's a great keepsake, conversation piece.

this auction is for a small cut of book the book will only be slightly over 1 inch by 1 inch
but there will be 25 sheets inside it

a majority of his gold books are just the last 1 or 2 inches of the book where he used the rest, they still have every sheet in them just not very large, these are the pieces I'm cutting from, I have/can sell a whole book but at a high get it now price

Will you sell the full size sheets instead of the little pieces? I bought some silver from you which I had delivered to my parents house so I haven't been able to see it yet. I would love some of the big sheets because some of my projects have large areas to cover. Instead of 25 small sheets how about 1 large sheet? I will be checking out your other auctions too. Thanks

i would but I think it's near impossible to ship a single sheet, in my larger GIN auction i have options of getting full gold books but thats at a higher price, and with a larger quantity to help securely ship it. I'm afraid if i just sent a 6x6 inch sheet of gold it wouldn't arrive like that.

I know this stuff crumbles very easily. I understand that it would be at a higher rate. How much for a whole book? How much for a whole book of silver? A whole book is 25 sheets 6X6 ?

correct on the size on the sheets i don't know i wanna say they have 25 sheets in them but some of them have a 100 stamped on them and look so full that there may be more then 25 sheets in them, just the process of flipping through to count pages could potentially damage them so i've refrained from doing so, i have a high value auction going right now (check other auctions) with a GIN option of 2 whole gold books and a silver book.
