Description

The listing, Gorgeous Hollyhock Seeds!!!! has ended.

from my very own personal garden that i truly treasure!!! this year my hollyhocks grew over six feet tall!!! yeah, you heard correctly, over six feet tall!!! i will mail a bunch of seeds to the luck, lucky winner of this auction. the colors are yellow, white, dark purple, dark pink, light pink. and each color flower has its own unique look. every year they grow back, and in my opinion, they grow back even more beautiful every time they return!!! just a couple seeds will turn into huge, tall, very full plants. so plant with plenty of space in between each seed. seeds are already dried and ready to be planted. the more you bid, the more you get!!!

here it is:

50 credits = 10 seeds
100 credits = 20 seeds
200 credits= 40+ 10 bonus seeds= 50 seeds
500 credits= 100 + 20 bonus seeds = 120 seeds

Hi. Is it fairly cold where you live? Think they'd do okay on the Minnesota border?

not sure about how the climate over there compares to ours over in ny, but i can say that the hollyhocks begin growing every year when the frost is still around. i would say more towards the end of winter, and th ebest part is that they hang around even longer than most plants can once it gets cold. i live in the catskills (mountains) and it does get very cold over here. the first year they are planted they will grow about 8-9 inches tall w/ burnt orange flowers. but the following season they will regrow extremely tall and strong w/ and abundance of colors. the average height for these plants are 6 feet. they are monsters. but they are beautiful. this year, they were my favorite in my whole garden! i love them! i was the talk of the complex and received numerous compliments about my garden and especially my hollyhocks : )

Fun! Sounds great. These are for my mom. She LOVES Hollyhocks, but all of hers are light yellow.

well mine are all colors and as each one grew, it was a surprise all over again, cause i kept getting all different colors! but i really fell in love with these plants becaquse they are so resiliant. through heat and cold. but in the summertime they need constant watering. hope your mom loves them!
