this phone is branded Cingular/ATT and it DOES TAKE SIM cards. it is not unlocked but if the bids get to 1500+ creds i will get it unlocked to work for ANY sim card network (gsm- like t-mobile, etc..) it will NOT work for VERIZON, SPRINT, CRICKET, METRO PCS.. the phone is in really good condition and works perfect but its missing the battery door. if i can find it ill add it but for now what you see is what you get.
