I dig the packaging on this. what is the length on the needles themselves - and how far down is the bend? seems like these could reduce hand strain

They are supposed to be 29" as per packae. I have not taken them out of the package.

I understand that the length of the needles/cable is 29", I'm talking about the metal part only - how long they are determines how they will feel in my hands while using them :)
