This is a pair of silver hoop earrings with a tribal bead on them. The earrings are smaller than a penny and are brand new. They came in a two pack and I just wanted the second pair so these have just been sitting in my jewelry box for a while. These will go great with any outfit or just everyday wear. I don't see any stamps, but the other pair I wear daily and have for over a year with no discolorations of the skin or earrings.

It's silver and black made of the same stuff as the hoop. The bead thing doesn't move.
