What are these used for? How do they work?

Hi,

Usually you use these in a wax warmer made for them. There are electric, plug, and candle versions. Alternately you can heat them up in a small or unused pan set aside specifically for heating home fragrances and warm them in a pan of water on a low setting, or in a double boiler type set up (pan of fragrance wax, herbs or oil in water suspended/placed over another pan of simmering water.

Make sure you keep a close eye on manual/stove top warming to insure the water doesn't boil off to avoid any accidents.
