The listing, Crookedy Scrappity Lap Quilt has ended.

Made from scraps of fabric with a cotton fabric backing. This one came out a bit crooked, so it won't win any prizes for perfection, but it is a cute quilt that I hand knotted with yarn thread and there is even one square that is the same shimmering fabric that was used for for Shimmery Satiny Disco Skirt that was recently featured!

Yes, kitties usually just like something that is soft to lay on. My kitties fight over who sleeps in the bed with us. Isis, who is 9 1/2 always wins! She's coal black and was a farm kitten from my husband's work.

cool.My grandma use to make about 150 or so quilts a year to give away and hers were perfection but she always said as long as it keeps some one warm is all she asked of her quilts.So yours will keep some one warm that is perfection.Great auction.

Thank-you!! Did she give hers away to charities? I've thought about making some for the Ronald McDonald House in Hershey, PA. We stayed there last year when our youngest had open heart surgery. They have a closet of goodies for families that stay as guests. A blanket would be a great gift for a kid who's scared and going through surgery like my little one did.

No she gave them away in a clothes center that our church built to give clothes and things away to people that really needed them.
