It's possible but I've never adjusted it all out ill check it as soon as possible

Really got very LARGE
Not knowing how to measure this I've measured the inside which would be times two
So from top middle of the neck to chest looks (clip) to belly (lower) looks to be fully open 12in (22in)
Then 9in (18 in from top clip around legs to front chest ( under head)
Sounds a bit strange n APPROX
I'm not a dog expert :)
