Used on Russian trains to serve tea and coffee. bought these in Russia in the early 90's.

Great auction. I once traveled from Moscow to Minsk in Russian train. and it was wonderful journey sipping green tea in these cups. Main thing is these cup holders, beautifully carved and looks like silver plated. I can't afford these right now, but may be one day hunt for these in antique shop in Belarus :), Best of luck
