F&W.Shipping can get overwhelming,especially if you have a lot of auctions.It's not a lot to ask the bidder to help with the shipping.I would if it was a heavy item or I had a lot of listings.Each to his own.Actually you do get a lot more bids with free auctions and right now Listia is giving 15 credits with each auction listed with free shipping.Limited to 2/24 hours.So,I am listing 2 items every day.If a person wants your item,they will be glad to pay a small shipping fee.However some people just don't have any extra money and I understand that very well.

I know, I mail stuff out with free shipping every week, but it makes a heck of alot of difference in points, I would rather get a couple thousand more points than I would have to rely on someone paying for shipping. I guess everyone has their differences!

I buy a lot of different things from Vistia and I'm always having to pay shipping charges. Most of the things I have up for auction cost me at least $2.07 because I have to send it Parcel. Sorry
