The shipping is free, I state that plainly. but for people who want items insured or a tracking #, etc. Those are "Extra" services that the Post office charges for,therefor if the bidder wishes those services, they pay only for them not the shipping. I state this in all my auctions to eliminate confusion. Sorry you got confused over it.
