I recommend this book for anyone who is interested in experimenting with home made natural body products. I had a copy 15 years ago and lost it along the way, so I was excited to see there were still copies of this out of print book around and have recently gotten another copy. The recipes are easy to follow and once you stock up on the basic ingredients, you can make yourself a simple inexpensive facial cleanser up to a luxury body lotion, all for the fraction of the price you would pay for brand name or boutique products. It covers carrier oils and essential oils and the many ways you can use them from head to toe.
