I think that would be stretching it, not quite that big. It's a perfect purse for someone who carries a lot of things and likes to stay organized though, perfect inside open pockets for a phone, keys, pens, whatever.. and tons of space. Just not enough for binders. :(

I really don't know much about this bag, only that it's Vera Bradley and beautiful. One of the previous commenters said they believe the style is called "java blue". 40,000 is for the one bag.
