It has 2purple and 3 green balloons..1flag banner "welcome baby" with multiple colors..a "congratulations" sign with multi colors..including blue and pink..a purple serpentine roll with 9 throws (spiral things)..a foil cutout of 2 baby feet. .so long story short..I think itcould be used for either..
