I CANNOT STRESS THIS MORE THAN ENOUGH... PLEASE HAVE A VERIFIED LISTIA ADDRESS!!! Have been burned quite a few times in regards to buyers not having a verified address and I will not do that anymore...

It is in very good shape, no marks, burns or anything on any of the pages and I believe it is approx 350 pages but don't quote me on it... LOL....
