This works fine, but it is being sold as is. If you get it and claim it doesn't work, I won't refund credits. I am selling it because I have other ones now that fit my needs better.

Obviously, all listia rules apply. If you get the stuff and decide it's not what you want, please relist them.
I won't change the number of days of the auction, because I want as many credits as I can get, but if you want a GIN, message me before there are bids.

does this come with a cd to put on your computer and is it windows 7 comaptable

I had to defer to my tech advisor for this question. DH says that it doesn't come with a cd, that when you plug it in, the camera goes to logitech's website and downloads its drivers. Apparently there has never been a cd to go with it. We are running windows 7 and it works for us, so the second answer is yes. :)

I have a question you say it works fine but what if soeone gets it home and it does not work..I think by stating you will not refund credits is a bit premature and unfair to whom ever wins it good luck

Thank you if you don't like it don't bid. I am coming from a place where I sent a piece of electronics which worked fine, but the recipient said it didn't. When I got it back, it still worked just fine, she had been using it for the two weeks she had it, but she still left me negative feedback, even though she got her credits back. Caveat emptor. If you don't like it, don't bid.

There is nothing in the rules that says I can't not sell an item in as is condition. If listia insists that I must guarantee that all my items work, opening me up to fraudulent behavior on the part of the buyer, then I will remove my auctions. I have already been subject to the fraudulent behavior of buyers with the cooperation of listia and it is an infringement upon my abilities as a reliable seller of this site to say that I have no recourse in selling my items. I make no money selling my items here, so have no need to continue these auctions.
