Description

The listing, Sharper Image Speed Sensor Baseball has ended.

My son used this and it is AWESOME. Don't need it anymore. Now you can tell how fast you are throwing without the speedgun. Retails for more than $20 usually.

Press start, throw the ball, and the LCD indicator displays pitch speed in MPH upon impact. Official size and weight of a regulation ball, but used as a training aid for any age or skill level. Speed Sensor technology begins to record the speed automatically the moment the ball is released. For pitching and throwing only, not to be hit with a bat or on hard surfaces. Instructions included.

It is only reading 1 mph sitting there because I pushed start and set it down...it uses technology that determines velocity by impact...so on setting it down it was going one mile per hour...you can also set the distance you are throwing which allows the ball to gauge speed...if I hit start and bounce the ball from 1 ft or so on the carpet it would read 120mph because it believed the ball travelled 20 ft in a split second and impacted a glove...make sense? Hope that helps!!! Lol.
