would it fit a size 14? and 40d?

I'll check on that, I'll measure it as best I can and it is a stretchy material made of 35% cotton & 65% polyester. I measured it across the front about halfway down and stretched it as i measured and the measurement was 20" so that would be 40 inches around the midsection. When the material is stretched out it is no worry because it goes right back to it's original shape. It is very low cut on the front top so I think it would look real sexy on your figure. I measured the short side from under the arm down to the shortest part where it starts with soft ruffles at an angle going down as it goes to the other side, it measured 20" and angled down to 4ft.on the right side, of course that will probably be a bit shorter once you put it on. As I mentioned it has adjustable crisscross straps on the back , so I think it would work out fine for your top.The material is just soo soft and has a very sexy feel to it.
