So if I ship an item with tracking information and when I check on the item and it says delivered and the customer says they never got it, then that is my fault? Or when I ship an item and have my post office weigh it and give me a receipt showing it weighed 4 pounds when it left my hands and a customer says they got an empty package on their end it is my fault?
I am sick of the crappy postal system lately if these issues are actually happening but I am NOT responsible for items after securely hand them over to a Government official. If the post office messes things up they can go after them, buyers can gladly request insurance at their own cost. I got taken for over 250,000 credits in the past couple months and am tired of scammers taking advantage of good sellers trying to list lots of cool things with free shipping and spending tons to give items away just to lose my credits I am saving so I can get myself something for once. Just my opinion!
