This is a mini bullion coin measuring 10mm in diameter.

It is 22k HGE which means it's plated in real gold but not solid gold.

It's a replica of the Saint Gaudens $20 gold coins minted in 1907 through 1933. St. Gaudens are known as Double Eagles, which means they were $20 gold coins.

Do these relica coins have a actual Monetary value,
or they just a collector coin with no Monetary value?

If you are talking about gold scrap value you'd have to find a smelter with the ability to seperate the gold from the core and I'm not sure what you'd get out of it. It would probably cost more than it's worth. As a collector coin they are worth $2 to $20 depending on where you buy them. The "other" auction site has them for $2 plus shipping so about $5 each.
